Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • I confirm that the manuscript has been created by the author(s) and not an AI tool/Large Language Model (LLM). If an AI tool/LLM has been used to develop or generate any portion of the manuscript, then this must be clearly flagged in the section "Declaration on Generative AI".
  • I confirm that this article meets all submission requirements and is formatted according to the template.
  • I am informed of the recommendation of completing the "EASE Interactive Checklist for Submitting Authors" (https://ease.org.uk/publications/ease-interactive-checklist-for-submitting-authors/) and uploading it as a separate file together with the text of the article.

Privacy Statement

  1. The editorial board acts within the framework of the law “Protection of personal data and privacy”.
  2. The data provided by the user at the time of registration is used in cooperation with the author and will in no way be shared with any third parties or organizations.
  3. The names and e-mail addresses provided by users at the time of registration on this site will be used just for the implementation of technical tasks: sending notices of publication of new issues and contacting authors, reviewers or editors in the process of preparing articles for publication.
  4. All information provided in the manuscripts shall be kept and not disclosed until their publication.
  5. Editors always protect the confidentiality of personal information obtained through research and other professional activities.
  6. Authors should always obtain written consent for publication from individuals who may recognize themselves or have recognized others (eg, photos). It is possible to publish personal information without the explicit consent if the public interests outweigh if it is impossible to obtain the consent and the person would not be against the publication.
