“Open Educational E-Environment of a Modern University” is an electronic peer-reviewed scientific journal with an international editorial board. Its mission is to promote scientific achievements in the field of the digital transformation of higher education and to highlight innovative pedagogical practices contributing to the development of a modern educational environment.
The journal publishes high-quality original research articles devoted to the theoretical and methodological foundations of the digitalization of teaching and learning, as well as to the organizational and technological aspects of implementing IT solutions and using digital tools in higher education.
The editorial board also considers general scientific and interdisciplinary studies on digital technologies, the results of which contribute to the advancement of higher education.
